  Originally no one had any record of my online order. Thankfully an employee just happened to walk by whom had knowledge of the apparently esoteric location where online orders are stored. At least I didn't have to attempt to recreate my order, so I sat and waited for my order. Meanwhile not once, but twice, customers had returned to complain of missing items. Everything was handles professionally, but everyone knows that sinking feeling when something is missing from one's order. I usually just let it slide and hope it will come out in my favor some time in the futures. Anyways, about 15 minutes later my order was ready. I was received some extra freebies for my inconvenience and having to wait. That's good and all, but the reason I order fast food is for it to be fast. Oh well. Food was of Taco Bell caliber quality. Everything was in the bag.
